We are a locally sourced kitchen located in Edmonton, Alberta Canada. We provide farm fresh food at local farmers markets, festivals and events in the Edmonton area.

We believe in the philosophy of "nose to tail cooking".  Respect the animal and all that it gives to us.  Support local farmers who utilise natural and ethical methods.  Use the entire animal and discover the deliciousness that lies within.

We named our business inHouse because we make everything ourselves.  From the sausages to the sauces, the bacon to the bread, everything is made in house from scratch and with love.  We are passionate about where food comes from and how it is prepared.
